Where you at, yo?!?

I saw this on another blog and thought it might be a fun way to pinpoint (literally) where all my faithful readers are checking in from. Please feel free to upload a picture and lock in your location. I'm counting on Morgan and Chanda to make me look oh-so-cool by adding their exotic location (no pressure!) And for all of you non-exotic readers, don't worry...I still think you're cool! Take a look at the map below:

I am considering adding some music to my blog. Before doing so, I wanted to take an informal poll. Do you prefer blogs that have music that you can listen to while you are reading or do you find the musical blogs a hassle? Help me decide whether I should beef up my blog with some tunes...

Spring has sprung?

Only in Utah would that statement have to have a question mark behind it rather than a period or exclamation point. If you have never lived in Utah then you are not lucky enough to know that springtime is a weather rollercoaster...you can go from snow to 70's within a few days. And during a very special year you can even get snow in the city as late as May or June. With the snow pack averaging well above 100% of normal this year, I would ask you to refrain from talking to me about global warming. :)

Anyway, enough of that. The point of this blog is to actually celebrate the arrival of spring. At what says spring better than baseball? So this weekend, thanks to an offer from good ol' Larry H. Miller himself, some of the girls and I enjoyed a Salt Lake Bees baseball game for a very nominal ticket price. It was a grand old time and the Bees actually won the game which is always a bonus. I was so stuck in winter mode that I forgot the sunscreen and ended up a bit rosy but ,MAN!, did that sun ever feel good. Here are a few pics from the game (courtesy of Natalie's camera):

Good times in the land of Disney!

I thought I would post a few pictures from our recent trip...most from Disneyland. Sorry it's taken me a while to get these on here. Enjoy!

Road trip baby!

Happiest place on earth!

Kickin' it in the teacup!

Cinderella's castle made Heidi almost giddy!

Peter Pan wasn't as exciting as I remembered. Great nap though!

It's called Splash Mountain for a reason!

I don't recommend sitting in the very front!

It's a Bug's Life in 3-D at California Adventure...

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

Against my better judgment, I went on the Tower of Terror ride at California Adventure. Heidi and I had totally freaked ourselves out before we even got on. Only Megan was smart enough to stay on the ground. Anyway, we screamed our fool heads off and here is the proof. Notice how calm and collected everyone else looks...smiling, laughing, having a grand old time. Then look at our close up. Heidi looks like she is fearing for her life (side note--she was still screaming after the ride had stopped.) I didn't have anything to hold on to so I had the death grip around Heidi's arm. I'm pretty sure I must be yelling at her and blaming her for making me go on the ride!

This picture was too funny not to purchase!

Not our bravest moment by any means!
